It was us and 5 of our kids. The captain and mate never said one word for 4 hours when they said sorry we are taking you back after catching just one fish. Then we had to look up our emails to show proof we paid for 6 hours. Didn’t make any difference they were so irritated they are their lunch while we just sat there in disbelief! Didn’t even to tell us we were at the dock and to get out. Shame the kids were so looking forward to it. One broken pole and then line got tangled with the other while trolling its no wonder we didn’t catch anything.

Hello Mrs. Multari, first of all, I would like to apologize, i’m sorry things happened that way. I can assure you we are looking into the matter, we will check our fishing record books and talk to our captains.

Yesterday our customer support center tried calling you without luck, we´ll continue trying until we get a chance to talk directly to you.

We had a successful trip. It started out slow trolling the bay with only one little Bonito to show, but around La Cruz we found a school of Bonito that hit our lines every time that we put them in the water. Giovanni said that was the warm up, so we headed towards the center of the bay while Enrique the first mate made ceviche on the spot with some of the Bonito that we just caught. We spotted something stirring the water and circled around when something big hit on 2 of our lines at the same time. They put up a good fight and we reeled in 2 good sized Jack Caravel; then another, and another one. We got a little break to enjoy the ceviche and beer; then it was back on with another strike, another Jack, and a little while later another one, 6 total. 12 Bonito. Not bad. It sure beats working! The crew was great.
