MOZ Adventures

Praia De Fernão Veloso
Nacala, Mozambique

MOZ Adventures will provide you with exciting sea adventures on the beautiful blue waters of Mozambique. They are a favorite when it comes to fishing trips as these guys know exactly where to take you to make your fishing dreams come true.

The fishing will take place aboard their 19 foot Unique center console boat, powered by two 40 HP Yamaha engines. It features all the electronics needed to make your trip a success, as well as life vests for safety. The boat runs at good speed and will swiftly take you to your fishing grounds where you will use the provided fishing gear and baits.

Your targeted species will depend on how far offshore you travel: if you stay within the outer bay, you can catch Tuna, Giant Trevally, and sometimes a Barracuda. The Fernao Veloso Bay is the deepest natural port on the east coast of Africa. If you decide to travel further out into the offshore waters, you will have a chance to catch Kingfish, Barracuda, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and occasionally Sailfish and Marlin.

MOZ Adventures are located in Nacala, in northern Mozambique, and they have all the advantages going for them. From the pristine waters full of fish, and perfect tropical climate, to the rich local culture. The crew will take care of your needs, they’ll put you on fish, teach you local fishing techniques, and even clean and fillet your catch.

But the service doesn’t stop there - you can have Braai on the beach for an additional fee, go snorkeling, and do a lot of other fun activities on the beach and in the water. When you arrive at Nacala airport, they can pick you up and accommodate you, too. For more info on local accommodation, you can ask the captain.

I fish since chilhood. I´ve lived in a Fisher town in Portugal where we begin spearfishing and other types of fishing since little kids. Our activities where all about the sea, and destiny brings me to one of the most beautifull spots i know in the world.
