Never fish in FL and want to show my son how it’s done.  He moved down there away from the cold north and all the sunfish with night crawlers.  Captain Mike showed us how to and what to look for in fishing the Gulf.  We want to go out with him in the summer now to go after different fish.  I use MIROD anytime I go.

John it was a pleasure meeting you and Jacob. I am glad the weather and fish cooperated. I look forward to taking you out again and knocking some more species of your list.

Enjoyed the boat and Captain Mike was friendly and helpful. Only big concern was the temperature of the water, which Mike said was 56 degrees. Fish don’t bite well at that temperature, so we got a few bites and only one small fish. It seemed that we would do better with normal 65 plus temperatures, and next time I will not plan to charter when the water is this cold.
