Enjoy a comfortable ride on a spacious 27-foot boat, which comes powered by twin 200 HP Suzuki engines and has a maximum cruising speed of 35 knots. The vessel’s top-notch navigational electronics include a GPS, a fish finder, a VHF radio, and a radar. Along with an anchoring system and an ice-box, there is a portable toilet and a live bait tank, as well as downriggers and outriggers. The boat can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
From kids to first time anglers to record seekers, Captain Will welcomes all levels of expertise. Reel Thang Charters always try to customize each trip to suit their guests’ needs. The trips are from four to eight hours, so choose how much time you want to spend on the water. You can fish inshore and backcountry, as well as wrecks and reefs, or head offshore for some big action. The Captain’s preferred fishing techniques are trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, spinning, and light tackle. Target Tarpon, Mahi Mahi, Great Barracuda, Red and Black Grouper, King Mackerel, Sailfish, Mangrove, Mutton, and Yellowtail Snapper, Blackfin Tuna, and Wahoo. Please note, that daily catch and size limits apply.
After your trip with Teel Thang Charters, the crew will clean and fillet your catch to take home. The crew will provide fishing licenses, as well as bottled water, so you can bring your snacks if you want.
