Hotshot is a semi-custom built 43’ O’Brien sportfishing boat that can accommodate up to 4 anglers on liveaboard multiday fishing excursions. Equipped with a Furuno sounder and Simrad electronics in the flybridge, she has the best equipment to put you on fish in the Great Barrier Reef. The vessel has all the big game fishing necessities and more, with outriggers and a fighting chair to help you tackle a monster.
Along with all the top fishing gear, she also comes fitted with your comfort in mind. Expect a smooth, fast ride, with comfortable liveaboard amenities, such as air conditioning, plush bunks, a kitchen, toilet, and plenty of seating space. Come aboard and make yourself at home!
You’ll be mainly using dead bait, as you go after the legendary Black Marlin, but you’ll also have a fair share of lures to choose from too. Get ready for a thrilling adventure, as you start your day by catching the bait on light tackle, before heading out to look for the behemoth of the seas – a Cairns Black Marlin.

Types of Fishing
Customers can cancel or modify their booking up to 60 days before the trip date free of charge. If the trip is canceled or modified later, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
When paying the remaining balance with a credit card, there is a 3% fee.
