Trip Summary

My Joyce III Weekly Fishing Report 6/17 Montauk, NY It was an up and down fishing week where some trips were good others were a grind. Monday's charter for Eric, Kyle, Craig, James, Mike and Greg was good with nice quality bass up to 24lbs and some fluke up to 8lbs. Tuesday we had the Joe Marino charter and bailed 10 nice keeper fluke and a bunch of shorts, that were all released unharmed. Then we rounded out the day with 5 keeper bass! Overall it was a good day of fishing. Friday's charter for the Dennis Ferraro group was a grind on the fluke, with just a few keepers up to 6lbs. The dogs were a bit of a nuisance, but we finished the day with excellent diamond jigging and had lock and load action on bass, blues and giant scup. Saturday mornings trip for Aaron, Travis, Wade, Taylor, Keith and Brooke resulted in insane diamond jig fishing with lots of bass, blues and scup. They kept it up until their arms were weary. Overall it was a nice week of fishing. We are heading into our busy season, so make sure you book your next charter!
