This past thursday I took out the Clark family for a morning trip in the Peconic Bay. The fishing started out a little slow, but moving around, we found the fish, and it was non-stop action from then on. They managed to land their limit of large weakfish, and continue fishing catch & release. They also caught some of our other critters of the sea : Porgy, small black seabass, & sand sharks. A great time was had, and a bag of tasty fillets was taken home.

Took out the Bradley charter today for a morning trip on Peconic Bay. We had a great start to the trip, and it only got better. We had a steady bite of sand sharks, and then landed a beautiful 23" fluke. After moving around a bit, we found the weakfish, and on each drift it only got better. The group caught their limit with Allyson being high hook with a 25" weakfish. A great trip, and also a tall ship in the harbor. Lots of laughs, and tasty fillets for the table.

Took three generations of the Ott's out today for some fishing in the Peconic Bay. They came all the way from Houston, Texas. We had lots of sand sharks while fishing wind against tide. They caught one nice keeper weakfish for the table, had some laughs, and a great day on the water.
