He is a licensed and insured USCG Captain, trained in first aid and CPR through the USCG, so he promises to keep you safe throughout the trip.
Reel Faithful Fishing Charters runs a 23’ Pathfinder. Built in 2011 she’s equipped with a powerful Yamaha 200 4-stroke, Atlas jack plate, Power-Pole, Minn Kota i-Pilot, and updated Garmin electronics. The boat also has a full tower with second drive station and t-top for comfort and shade. The tower allows Capt. Steve to spot the fish early, allowing him to give his customers a great shot at catching Cobia on top or Redfish cruising the flats.
Other features include two large livewells and a comfortable seat in front of the console, which is actually a seat over a cooler. The 200 HP Yamaha engine is best in its class, that offers a smooth and fast ride, allowing the captain to get you to the fishing spots quick!
All you need to bring for your day of fun is food, your preferred drinks, and plenty of sunscreen. Before the trip, discuss the cooler situation with the Captain. It is asked that all drinks are stored in the cooler offered on the boat to maximize room on the boat. Be sure to bring sunglasses to keep fatigue at a minimum.
The Captain supplies plenty of ice for drinks and fish, Ginger Ale (it aids seasickness) and always keeps a case of water to hand. Take precaution and research anti-seasickness medicines before you hop aboard to minimize the chance of disrupting the trip.
At the completion of the trip, Capt Steve will clean the fish that were kept and bag them for the customer to take home for dinner.
