Bottoms Up Fishing Excursions invites you for a fun and relaxing trip on the waters of Holiday, Florida. This charter is for those who want to have fun and relax, and for families with kids. Captain Carlos, who owns and runs the charter, loves taking kids out and teaching them how to fish properly by explaining the fish, the techniques, and how to reel your catch in.
Captain Carlos operates a 30-foot Baha offshore sport fishing boat, originally built in 1985, and restored in 2015. This beauty is powered by two 300 HP Suzuki engines, with a maximum cruising speed of 40 knots. The speed makes it ideal for nearshore and offshore adventures so you can relax and enjoy the ride, too, as it will be a comfortable one.
The boat has an XM radio if you want a soundtrack to your trip, and is fully equipped with all the fishing gear needed to make the trip a success. It also features a full bathroom, safety equipment such as life jackets, and electronics that will help you locate the most productive fishing spots.
Bottoms Up Fishing Excursions will take you up to 80 miles offshore in search of the big Groupers, Snappers, Cobia, King Mackerel and more. Florida is incredibly rich in bottom-feeding fish, so, if you stay a little closer to the shore, you will also target Mangrove Snapper, Black Seabass, Sheepshead, and more.
Captain Carlos will provide individual service for everyone on the boat. All of his customers are treated like fishermen and fisherwomen. Families and children are welcomed and encouraged to come and spend a day or just a few hours with him. You will experience catching a multitude of species on a day that you’ll remember forever!

Fantastic trip!
What a day! Captain Jeremy put us on the meat all day. Non stop action the entire trip. Captain Jeremy and his mate Ethan treated us like family and busted their tails all day to keep us on the fish. Felt like we had been fishing together for years. Booking the trip was so easy and the owner Captain Carlos kept us informed weeks in advance as to what we should expect to catch with fishing reports and kept us updated all the way to the day prior of our trip. I would highly recommend Bottoms Up

Fantastic trip!
What a great trip that was!!! Captain Carlos really knows where to catch the fish!! We caught our limit of red snapper and red grouper and then some!!! Jeremy, the first mate, is the nicest guy.. I had trouble reeling in my 30inch grouper and he helped me without taking over.. great atmosphere, great music, we will be back!!!

Amazing Trip
From the time we got on we were made to feel welcome, cared about and knew we were going to catch fish. They were incredible with our 7 and 10 year old. We caught over 50 fish AND 2 sharks. We missed another 3 but it just so much fun! The kids rated their trip and said it was more fun than Disney and Universal!

Best family friendly charter we’ve been on.
We caught more fish than we could count. They kept us on the fish. Captain Carlose was super friendly as was his crew. We had to only keep the biggies , due to the steady flow of fish to the over the side and into the cooler. Grand kids have a new best ever fishing trip. Thanks , will be back next time we are in the area.
