Coastal Fishing Guides is a family-owned business, located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. They are run and operated by Captain Swan, a fisherman with an excellent reputation, who has many years of experience fishing the waters of the Charleston area. Coastal Fishing Guides uses the highest quality of equipment to ensure that your fish stay hooked.
You will be sailing aboard a brand-new spacious vessel, fitted with the most up to date electronics, a Power-Pole anchor, and a Minn Kota I-Pilot wireless trolling motor. The boat is a 25’ flats boat, Garmin GPS and fish finder will aid your search for the best fish. Up to 6 anglers are welcome on board.
Coastal Fishing Guides believes that bait selection, presentation, and tide movement are key to catching the best fish. You will be targeting Black Drum, Flounder, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, and Sheepshead. The trips start as early as 7 am, so if you are ready to take a morning dip in the waters, feel free to join! Enjoy a half-day light and medium tackle workout, add a few more hours to catch trophy fish or spend your day fishing the wrecks and nearshore for Amberjack, King Mackerel, Sharks, and many more.
The trips with Coastal Fishing Guides are all-inclusive. You will be provided with rods, reels, tackle, lures, live bait, and fishing licenses. The captain will also offer drinks and snacks. At an additional cost, the crew can offer lunch. You can feel free to bring your own food and personal items.
Captain Matt offers a complimentary fish cleaning and filleting service so that you could take your catch home and have it for dinner after the trip. Or just fill the freezer!
