Chac Chi Marina is a fleet of fishing charter boats in Cancun, Mexico. Step aboard their beautiful boat the “Off Duty” and explore what the famous waters off the Yucatán peninsula have in store for people who love the sea. This family-owned charter will take you to all the best fishing spots and honey holes for a great time on the water!

Known as the “Fisherman’s Choice” by the team, “Off Duty” is a fully-equipped sportfishing boat that is ready to tackle whatever the ocean has in store. Powered by two 250 HP outboard motors, this beautiful boat is both fast and reliable.

An excellent day of fishing is guaranteed – with two fighting chairs, GPS, fishfinder, and VHF radio, outriggers, and downriggers, the boat is missing nothing for finding and catching fish. There is even a toilet on board!

There is room for 8 people aboard, and 5 fishing outfits are supplied for you to share. Take it in turns and get ready to hook some of the most delicious fish in the sea. Snapper, Grouper, Triggerfish, Mahi Mahi, Amberjack, Barracuda, and many more species are all waiting to take your bait.

The experienced captains all have at least 15 years of experience of fishing these waters and they will share the most effective techniques with you. Not only is all the gear you will need for your trip included in the trip price, you will also all be covered with a fishing license. The dock fee is $10 per person.

    With 6 hours on the water, you will travel for one hour to get to the fishing grounds, fish for 4 hours, and then travel back for one hour. You will be fishing for species such as Barracuda, Triggerfish, Snapper, Grouper, Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, and more.
