Clewiston FL, United States

Lake & Everglades Guide Service invites you on a fishing trip on the beautiful waters of Lake Okeechobee, Florida. You will have the opportunity to also fish the Florida Everglades and Miami Canals in search of giant Florida Bass.

Your trip will take you out onto Lake Okeechobee that is famous for a healthy population of Bass species - you can target Largemouth and Peacock Bass here. There is also the Bullseye Snakehead fish which is predatory species found in South Florida waterways. This fish tastes good and is considered a delicacy in some Asian countries and in the United States.

Lake and Everglades Guide Service will show you a great day on the water, as their guide and captain Joe Gruny will be thrilled to teach you how to catch these colorful and good fighting fish. Captain Joe owns and operates the charter with a lot of passion and puts in a tremendous amount of hard work in order to put you on the fish.

He will take you out on his 21-foot Ranger bass boat, which was built in 2012 and is powered by a 250 HP Mercury engine, with a maximum cruising speed of 55 knots. This monster speed means you will not waste any time getting to the productive spots and while changing locations. The boat is equipped with a GPS, a fishfinder, life jackets, a wireless trolling motor and a live well.

You will have all the fishing gear available on board and that includes lures, rods, reels, and tackle. Captain Joe will also have soft drinks for your convenience.

Captain Joe founded his guiding business back in 2011 and has not looked back since. He loves being on the water, fishing, and showing his guests what it's all about in these waterways. Joe is an excellent teacher who will be able to share his knowledge with younger and older anglers.
