Reel A Salt is an brand new nearshore/offshore charter boat designed for getting to the fish first on the waters out of Key West, Florida. Whether it’s Sailfishing you are after or jigging over deep wrecks, or even deep dropping for Swordfish – Reel A Salt will get the job done.
Enjoy your fishing trip aboard “Reel A Salt”, a spacious 28-ft center console, which comes powered by 350 HP Mercury engine. Originally built in 2019, it has a maximum cruising speed of 40 knots. Its navigational electronics include a GPS, a VHF radio, and a fish finder. There is a toilet on board for your maximum comfort when spending your day on the water, an ice-box to keep the catch fresh, and a live bait tank. The “Reel A Salt” provides comfortable fishing space for up to six guests.
Reel A Salt offers four, six, and eight-hour packages to choose from. On your day out, you will be able to fish nearshore, offshore, the reefs, or go wreck fishing within 10-40 miles.
From light and heavy tackle to kite fishing, fly fishing, jigging, trolling, drift fishing, popping, spinning, and bottom fishing – the Captain knows all the best methods to catch the fish. Your main targeted species will be Sailfish, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, Tarpon, Yellowtail Snapper, Permit, King Mackerel, Grouper, Mahi Mahi, Cobia, Barracuda, Amberjack… and who knows what else? The list just keeps going!
Each trip with Reel A Salt comes inclusive with all you need to put a great catch together. You will be provided with fly fishing equipment, as well as the fishing licenses, rods, reels, tackle, live bait, and lures. You will be offered drinks during the fishing adventure, so you could feel free to bring your own snacks. If you decide to keep the catch, it will be cleaned and filleted for you at the end of the trip for a ride home.
