About the Captain

Tom Gravley
Lewisville, Texas, United States
Member since April 2017
Tom Gravley is an experienced guide. His passion for fishing began when he was a young boy. Tom used to go seining for minnows in the Red River, Texas, with his Pop to make their own stink bait and had a lot of fun fishing with his family. It wasn’t until one day, Tom got introduced to Catfishing and was hooked. He has gained an impressive knowledge about Blue, Channel, and Flathead Catfish, as well as Sand and Hybrid Bass and has taken part in various tournaments all around the Metroplex. Tom has a successful career as the owner of Gravley Construction in Highland Village, Texas, but fishing has always been his main passion.

Captain Tom was friendly, knowledgeable, and a very hard working guide! He had us out on the water and poles down quickly. He was also on the ready for new bait and casts. He’s a great guide, and I would highly recommend him for fishers of all ages. Although we didn’t bring our small children to fish, he generously gave our 3 year old daughter a ride on the boat!
