Emerald 'C' Fishing Charters is a family-friendly company that offers exciting adventures out of Perdido Key, Florida. Step aboard a brand-new 25' boat, which is a clean, seaworthy fishing machine. The vessel provides comfortable fishing space for up to 6 guests and is rigged with navigational electronics, including a GPS, a VHF radio, and a fish finder. A Minn Kota i-Pilot wireless trolling motor is fitted for a quiet ride, as well as a live bait tank.
Your day on the waters out of the 'Lost Key', as the locals call Perdido Key, will be a memorable experience for you, your friends, and family. Whether you are looking to butt heads with the offshore fish species, such as Red Snapper, Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, and many more, or want to chase Redfish, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper or Flounder close to the shore – Emerald 'C' Charters got you covered.
A trip with Emerald 'C' Fishing Charters comes inclusive with all you need for a successful trip. You will be provided with rods, reels, tackle, lures, and live bait, as well as the fishing licenses. If you decide to keep the catch, the crew will clean and fillet it for one hour after the trip, so that you could take it home with you and taste for dinner later. Feel free to bring your own food and drinks with you.

Emerald "C" Fishing Charters is top notch!
4 Hour Trip — Inshore - 1:00 PM on August 1, 2025 • 3 adults
This was my second time booking Emerald "C". This time around, we fished with Captain Gavin and Captain Garrett. These two guys do not play around when it comes to fishing! They have mastered several different fishing techniques and know how to track down the fish. We had to go offshore a bit to snag them as inshore fishing isn't the greatest this time of year. They put us right on top of Red Snapper and they were biting immediately. Gavin and Garrett are also great at explaining what the fish are doing and why we are fishing with certain techniques. Emerald "C" is lucky to have two great guys like this on the team! The wife and I will book with Emerald "C" again the next time we are in the Gulf Shores area. Hopefully we can snag Captain Gavin or Captain Garrett again! Thanks guys!

Great first experience!!!

This was our first deep sea fishing trip. We had a lot of questions and uncertaintys. Captain Craig responded any time I had a question before the trip. We actually had a 1 pm appt and he asked if we would like to come at 7 am that we may catch more. I’m so glad he did ! The captains were so helpful with fishing questions and baiting hooks for everyone as well as helping to get the fish in and explaining why each fish was ! We went to several locations to find the best possible catches. We even fed a dolphin one of our catches from the side of charter. The captains cleaned our fish and we went home and made some fish tacos! I highly recommend Emerald C charters and we hope to make this a yearly tradition!

Craig and Chance were amazing and very patient with me and my family. We caught tons of fish and even got to play with some giants watching them chase the other fish. Loved every minute of it! See yall again in a few months for another round!

The trip was scheduled for inshore 4hr trip but captain Garrett ended up taking us offshore due to to many boats in the water ways to fish inshore. So we went offshore and were able to catch fish. We didn’t catch many I think we ended up with 10 vermilion snapper but we would have caught nothing inshore because the fish weren’t biting and the boat traffic. Would definitely recommend this captain and also captain Eric they really went out of there way to make sure we ended up having a chance to catch.
