Topwater Action Charters invites you on a super exciting fishing trip in the shallow waters of Jacksonville, Florida. The charter and its guide are dedicated to fishing for Redfish – a hard fighting and delicious species that makes your day on the water worth it!
The boat you will fish on is a 22’ Hewes center console powered by a 200 HP Yamaha engine. This vessel is fast, secure, and perfect for the shallow water. You will enjoy the ride as it glides across the shallows towards the hottest fishing spots. You will also find all the USCG approved safety equipment, as well as electronics including a fishfinder available on board.
Captain Michael Darveau grew up fishing the Jacksonville waterways and knows the nooks and crannies this magical place hides. He’ll show you the scenic backcountry of Jacksonville, with miles of winding creeks and exuberant wildlife. Some of the species you’ll be fishing for are Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, Flounder, Sheepshead, and others.
Topwater Action Charters will provide the fishing gear including rods, reels, tackle, live bait, a fishing license, and an expert guide. You are invited to bring your food and drinks for the day which can be kept in the icebox. Captain Michael looks forward to making your trip an enjoyable one.
