Todds Sportfishing invites you on an offshore fishing adventure in the most beautiful waters off of South Padre Island, Texas. Your will sail out of Port Isabel and into the abundant waters that spread out before this magical and history-rich town. The charter is operated by Captain Todd Lohry, a southeast Texas sport fishing guide who specializes in fishing the local offshore waters.
Captain Todd will take you out on his 38-foot Delta Boatworks offshore sport fishing boat, originally built in 1983, and restored in 2016. Powered by two 320 HP 3208 Caterpillar Diesel engines, with a maximum cruising speed of 20 knots, it will get you to the offshore waters efficiently. Since this boat is made for the deep sea, it features all the USCG-approved safety equipment such as life jackets, EPIRB, and a CPR-trained crew.
The vessel has top of the range navigational features including a GPS, a fishfinder, and a radar. It also has outriggers set up for dredge fishing Sailfish, downriggers, a fighting chair, a livewell, and an icebox for your catch. It is fully equipped for overnight trips with 5 beds, a kitchen, and a toilet. There is also a flybridge used for sight fishing.
Todds Sportfishing can take you on offshore fishing adventures ranging from 5 to 14-hour trips. You will have a chance to target some of the most desirable species that include Mahi Mahi, Grouper, Red Snapper, Sailfish, Amberjack, Cobia, King Mackerel, Blue and White Marlin, Swordfish, Blackfin and Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Shark, and many more.
