We had a great time with Captain Pete and Chuck! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We are a family of five with two younger girls & a teenage son.  Everyone throughly enjoyed their time on the boat.  We caught plenty of tuna & everyone had a chance to reel fish in.  We took our catch to a local restaurant that Pete & Chuck recommended to be cooked for dinner & it was delicious.  Chuck was amazing with our kids & answered all the questions!  Would definitely recommend Captain Pete, Chuck & The Lethal Weapon.

Our family booked the full day Mahi fishing trip and we were not disappointed. We had one of those days that you hope for but do not expect. Captain Pete got us on the fish and deckhand Chuck had everything set up for success. They worked as a team and their experience and knowledge showed. From questions before booking to the referral to Sharkey’s to cook us a meal with our catch after the charter, Captain Pete exceeded expectations.

From the very minute I inquired about booking a trip Captain Pete was very quick with responding and very nice. Once at the meeting point on the day of our trip Captain Pete met us in the parking area and even assisted in carrying things to the boat. He and his mate Chuck were very friendly and fun from the start. The Captain worked hard to find the fish and The mate worked so hard very the start. I caught my very first Mahi today! It was awesome.  We book a trip every year and we will definitely be booking With this team again. The entire day was awesome.  Captain Pete and his mate Chuck are one hell of a team! Chuck is very nice and extremely hard working.  This was the best fishing trip we’ve booked here in the keys by far. I also had a 5yr with us and they were both excellent with him. Helped him catch the first fish of the day ( his only fish by his choice) but he still loved it. He even made sure to give hugs to Captain Pete and Mate Chuck.  If you want a great trip with hard working friendly people this is it!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Captain Pete and Ryan! There are so many fishing charters to choose from in Key Largo, and I’m so glad I found them. If you’re scrolling looking for the best in the area - scroll no more and book these guys! I frequently book fishing charters while traveling, and this was by far my best yet. Captain Pete and Ryan were extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to navigate the day to make sure we had a full ice chest before heading in. We had a day full of black fin tuna and mahi - couldn’t ask for anything better. On top of being very skilled fishermen, the guys were incredible company on my solo charter and made the day most enjoyable. Already looking forward to heading back to fish with them again - cannot recommend highly enough!

We went out on a tough day but the captain and his crew worked hard to put on us on fish. These guys have lived and breathed fishing for a long time and it shows. They were friendly and outgoing. Don’t fall for the algorithm that places paid advertisers at the top of the search results. Look at the reviews and go with an experienced team that works hard to make sure you have a good time. The boat itself is big enough to give you all the space you need for a true fishing experience and has plenty of room to rest and get out of the sun.
