Bourne has a fish with your name on it, so let Fishy Business Sportfishing help you catch it!
These waters are known for Bluefin Tuna, Haddock, Yellowfin Tuna, Cod, Tautog, Black Seabass, Bonito, Striped Bass, Albacore Tuna, Bluefish, Flounder, Scup (Porgy), and more – with any luck, it won’t take long to hook into some. You’ll target your catch by spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Captains Matt and Ben can also show you kite fishing.
Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks!
You’ll be fishing aboard a 25’ Contender center console that can carry up to 5 passengers. It has outriggers and all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Don’t forget to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
You could keep reading this, but wouldn’t you rather be fishing with Fishy Business Sportfishing?
