Yesterdays snapper run was a quick one. Had a family from North Mississippi that wanted me to come on their boat and take them to catch some snapper. There was a big storm over the snapper grounds as we headed out but it slowly moved off and we slipped in behind it. As soon as we pulled up on the spot it was fish after fish. This young lady ended up catching and putting the whole boats limit of snapper on ice by herself. Everyone else had fun just watching her catch them. It happened to be her first time catching snapper and also the biggest fish she had ever caught. We also watched my buddy Daniel Wilson and his dad Kevin of Odd-Ball Tackle & Enterprises, LLC sling a nice 30ish lb cobia in their boat.
