Caught Up Fishing Charters specializes in guided inshore and nearshore trips for Red Drum, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, Flounder, and many more. Based out of Carolina Beach, North Carolina, the company is owned and operated by Captain Dennis. If you looking for a family vacation on the beautiful waters of Carolina Beach or you are a seasoned angler, Dennis is your guide.

Captain Dennis will take you out aboard a brand-new 19-foot Blue Wave bay boat, which is a stable fishing platform. It comes powered by a 115 HP Suzuki and is well-prepared for the current bite. Perfect for accommodating up to three anglers, the boat is fully equipped with state-of-the-art navigational electronics. There is a Minn Kota I-pilot trolling motor fitted, as well as a Power Pole anchor and a live well loaded with bait.

Fishing charters in Carolina Beach is an exciting adventure for any angler, no matter the age and expertise. If you have an itch to fish, you will be able to enjoy the rod-bending action minutes after you cruise out of the marina. The local waters teem with Red Drum, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, Flounder, Sheepshead, Spanish Mackerel, Little Tunny, Bonito, and King Mackerel to top the list. If spinning, light tackle or even Flounder gigging action is not your main priority, you will be able to take in all the beauty of the southern North Carolina while sipping your favorite drink.

Trips come with all you need to make a great catch possible. Captain Dennis will provide you with quality gear, tackle, lures, and bait. When you return to the shore, your catch will be cleaned and ready to go home with you. You won’t have to worry about purchasing a license either! Just bring your favorite food, drinks, and the desire to have fun!

Ever since I could walk I was on the water, whether it was the lake in our back yard or going 70 miles offshore. By the age of 16 I was allowed to take our 16 ft Johnboat out by myself and I never looked back. By the age of 21 I was competing in several fishing tournaments a year. I have been fortunate enough to win 1 tournament. I also have several second place finishes and countless top 10 finishes. I have recently slowed down with tournament fishing to concentrate more on my charters. One of the biggest reasons I became a guide is to share the absolute beauty, amazing wildlife, and great fishery with those who rarely, if ever, get to witness the outdoors. There is nothing better then the look on a persons face after they catch their first fish. I also really enjoy sharing the knowledge i've gained over the past 15 years and also learning new things from my clients.
