Mulato Charters invites you aboard for a fun day of fishing, leaving the sheltered port of Oranjestad in search of great sportfishing. Target an all-star cast of pelagic species including Wahoo, Sailfish, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and more, or head to the shallow-water reefs and wrecks in search of a colorful mix of bottom and reef species.
Aruba needs no introduction as a tourist destination. The island is a paradise of white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant streets full of the great sights and smells of the Caribbean. In short, it is where you want to be on your next vacation, and Captain Gene will be sure to show you a side of the island most tourists don’t get to see.
The “Mulato” is a 28’ Aquanaut center console which has room aboard for up to 6 guests (although for the best fishing experience you may wish to consider sticking to 4). Originally built in 2008, the vessel was completely overhauled in 2017, and now provides the perfect platform for some awesome offshore adventures.
The vessel comes equipped with the latest electronics and navigational equipment to get you where the best fish are, high-quality fishing equipment to give you the upper hand bringing them in, and even features Tuna tubes for those looking to bag some real bluewater beasts. You will also be given snorkeling equipment to make the most of these warm Caribbean waters.
What you do on your trip with Mulato Charters is entirely up to you. The boat and the crew are at your disposal, and they are always happy to switch things up to make your day more interesting. Spend your trip fishing offshore, cruising and snorkeling in secluded bays, or combining the two for the ideal day on the water.
All charters come with tackle and licenses included. While the crew usually keeps the catch on their trips, Mulato Charters will treat you to a meal at any restaurant in town after your trip to say thank you for the amazing day (you will have to pay for your drinks, but that is only fair).
