Patron Ocean Experience connects anglers of all levels of expertise to the Pacific waters and departs out of Playas Del Coco, Costa Rica. It’s hard to disagree that no visit to Costa Rica is complete without a trip out into the ocean. And if there’s an opportunity to fish with the locals, like the locals, then all the better!
Test the waters in and around the Peninsula Papagayo, take a dip in the calm sapphire waters of the bay, count the shades of orange, gold, and pink as you watch the sun go down!
Hop aboard the “El Patron”, an up-hauled 31’ Grady White boat with twin 250 HP Yamaha outboard engines. She also features a hydraulic system, stainless steel props, state-of-the-art navigational electronics, and many other professional accessories.
With speakers, LED lights, and ample cushion seatings to get the party going, "El Patron" is a master of the seas and ultimate comfort. Inside, you’ll also find a toilet, which is a much-needed when spending a day on the water.
There will be plenty of opportunities to bottom fish, spin, and troll for a variety of species that call these waters home. Target Yellowfin Tuna, Cubera Snapper, Mahi Mahi, Roosterfish, King Mackerel, Grouper, Amberjack, Snook, and Wahoo in both inshore and offshore waters.
Everything you can possibly need for a fun and productive day out is provided by the crew. On half day trips, you’ll be offered fruit and snacks and on full days you can expect a picnic lunch.
