Super nice and accommodating crew.  Not the best equipment in the world but they made up for it and we had a very memorable experience.  Nice fish too!!

Thanks guys, I appreciated the fact that you had a wonderful trip. I am always trying to better serve my customers and reviews help me to better identify my strengthens and weaknesses. Continuing to improve and update my fishing equipment and vessel are priorities that I am constantly addressing.

Please do book me again when you are in the area, fishing with you and son was outstanding. We enjoyed the fishing trip and Mutton Snapper was super tasty. Thanks

I will make this as review as simple as possible without going into too many details. “Captain” Jay Ford should be ashamed of himself for the experience he gave my husband and his friends. The sea conditions were NOT SAFE to be fishing, he was late, he was unprepared ( no fuel, not enough life jackets, etc ) and at one point our party said they HAD to get to land in order to take a bus or taxi back to the cruise ship because they would not make it back in time. At that point he said he would get as close to the shore as possible AND THEY COULD JUMP OUT AND SWIM!!! Unbelievable.
They NEVER got to fish and came back to the cruise ship with bruises from the waves/ railings and sea sickness!!!

John Bolt and his friends were my worst customers I ever had. Cheap guys did not have cash to pay for fishing trip and made complaints about everything to avoid paying. I hope you do not teach your kids to steal by being dishonest and having no ethics. Then they tried using their business, Bolts Marketing, as a reason for me giving them a free trip for marketing my business. Beware of these customers( Rhonda and John Bolt) they are out to scam honest businesses and ruin reputations when they do not get a free service at someone else expense.

I pride myself on running a safe and efficient business, never short of any safety supplies. I was ready when the guys came at 8am. We only stopped for extra fuel to ensure that levels were adequate since we had to go extra distance because the guys were complaining about sea sickness before we left the dock. We fished in our regular inshore sites, other boats were out also.  Clearly these guys are not outdoor people and should have not wasted my time and cost me an unnecessary expense.

Thanks to the Bolts now I have started a policy of collecting payments from customers before my boat leaves the docks. As fishing goes, a catch is never guaranteed. They were very unfair and rude, wish no else have the same experience with them, beware of the Bolts. These guys paid $50 for the trip that was price at $500, incredible!
