Ready for a giant Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass run like you’ve never experienced it before? Join Captain Steve Mortenson of Anglin’ Adventures and go for a fishing expedition that could easily put you on the trail of your next prized catch!
As the only full-time guide on the Waupaca Chain Of Lakes, Capt. Steve makes it his mission to take you to the best and biggest fish this area has to offer, and what’s more, he’s good at it. Colossal Smallmouth Bass can be over 20 inches in size, and they will give a proper fight before you get them to the boat. If you’re in the mood to catch a bit of everything, you’ll be chasing Northern Pike, Largemouth Bass, Musky, Panfish, and Walleye, and that’s just to name the most popular few.
But before the fishing extravaganza begins, you will come aboard a 25’ Triton bass boat that can accommodate up to 6 anglers and have them fish in comfort. She’s geared with a 225 HP Mercury engine that has more than enough power to keep you on the hot bite. In case you need to be super quiet, there’s a wireless trolling motor that you can use and sneak up to the spooky fish.
All the fishing gear will be prepped and ready to use as you head out, as well as lures and live bait. There’s also an icebox on board, so everything you catch will be kept fresh for your convenience.
On offer are trips that last 4,6, and 8 hours and you’re free to take your pick, depending on how much time you want to spend on the water and catch something brag-worthy. Kids are welcome to tag along, and Capt. Steve has the life vests for everybody. What you will need to pack is a fishing license, as well as your favorite food and drinks.
A nice touch that makes Anglin’ Adventures unique is the fact that Capt. Steve will record your fishing trip with his GoPro camera, and you will get the video as a great memento of your fishing escapade. Everything is taken care of, just hop aboard and get fishing!
