Climb aboard the impressive 48’ Hatteras, capable of holding up to 8 anglers at the same time - bring all of your friends for a fishing trip! She’s an impressive vessel, powered by twin Detroit engines, each delivering 485 HP. The amenities don’t stop there, as outriggers are available to widen your grasp when trolling. A flybridge and a fighting chair are present as well as a spacious salon area with comfortable seating.
Capt. Mike Russell is the captain of Chubasco. With over 35 years of experience, he knows these waters well. Some of the species he’ll commonly target on his trips include Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Barracuda, Snapper, and a variety of other game fish frequenting the area. Each trip includes bottled water and ice, as well as all the appropriate equipment for fishing. Food and other beverages are not included but can be made available on board for a surcharge with advance notice.
The crew provides all gear that may be needed on these trips. Catch cleaning and filleting is available free of charge. Children are welcome aboard as Captain Mike loves teaching young anglers the tricks of the trade. The vessel is disabled accessible and Capt. Mike invites anglers from all walks of life to come aboard and enjoy a fantastic fishing adventure!
