Your vessel for the day is a 34’ Crusader offshore sport fishing boat. This spacious fishing machine comes powered by a 450 HP Cummins engine and has a maximum cruising speed of 20 knots. There is plenty of fishing space for up to 6 anglers.
The boat is fully fitted with the latest navigational electronics, including Garmin 1040sx Fishfinder and GPS. The vessel features a flybridge to spot any action going on beneath the surface, an ice-box for your catch, and other professional accessories. There is also a toilet on board, which is much-needed when spending a day on the water.
U.S. Blues Chesapeake Charters specializes in a variety of fishing techniques and methods that work best in the local waters. You will be light tackle bottom fishing, trolling, spinning, and jigging. Before you make your first cast, the crew will guide you through the basics and teach you how to properly use the tackle.
The season begins in April and goes on through to December. You’ll hook into a variety of legendary East Cost fish including Perch, Striped Bass, and Bluefish.
All trips come with all the necessary gear and tackle to make an outstanding catch possible. You will be provided with rods, reels, bait, lures, and a license. When you return to the shore, your catch will be cleaned and ready to jump straight into the frying pan.
