Known for its amazing fishing and stunning scenery, Cancun is one of Mexico’s top sportfishing destinations. Sportfishingcancun has been running charters for many years in the area, and operates a fleet of amazing boats each helmed by a seasoned local captain.

The vessel you will be spending the day aboard is the “Macarela”, a 28’ Grady White cuddy cabin. The vessel has plenty of room for 5 guests and is powered by reliable twin Yamaha outboards up around 15 knots. Not that you will need to go fast, with the area’s top species all found very close to the dock.

The vessel is equipped with GPS and fishfinder to pinpoint the best fishing spots, a fighting chair to let you take on even the most ferocious of fish, outriggers for awesome trolling, and a livewell bursting with fresh live bait to make sure nothing can resist your hook. The boat also has a head for extra comfort and convenience.

Trips come with all the quality tackle and bait you will need. You will also be joined by a skilled deckhand, who will make sure you stay hooked up all day long, and will clean and fillet all your fish at the end of the day.
