Southern Thunder Charters – Inshore
Southern Thunder Charters offers fully customized fishing trips in Melbourne, Florida. Captain Bryan Mincey has been fishing in Central Florida for over 30 years and loves sharing his fishing knowledge with others. He’s ready to help you catch almost anything in these waters. Gather your family or friends and join him for a personalized fishing experience you will remember for years to come!
You will fish aboard a 19’ Mako originally built in 1972 and restored in 2015.
This vessel boasts the latest fishing technology, including GPS, fishfinder, and a live bait well. Capt. Bryan will have rods, reels, and tackle ready and waiting on board when you arrive. The boat can carry up to four passengers and children are welcome.
Capt. Bryan will tailor your trip to make sure you can enjoy whatever experience you have in mind, day or night. While fishing inshore you can target Snook, Tarpon, Seatrout, and Redfish, some of the most sought-after species in Florida. Stalking these fish in shallow waters is the perfect way to spend your time during a half day trip. On the other hand, a full day inshore gives you time reel in as many of these fish as you can!
Fishing farther from shore allows you to target big game fish, including King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, and more. These colorful pelagic species have captured the imagination of many anglers. Chase after these and bring home some bragging rights, or at least a fantastic tale about the one that got away. Visit the captain’s second listing for offshore trips.
Southern Thunder Charters include a fishing license and top of the line gear by Penn and Shimano. Depending on the species, you are welcome to keep your catch and Capt. Bryan will clean and fillet it for you.
The adventure awaits! Book your next trip today and come see for yourself what makes fishing in Florida so unforgettable.
