Garfield Diving Station - Julian
Garfield Diving Station welcomes you aboard for a day on the high seas. Spend the morning battling Barracuda over the reefs or head further out for a full day fishing for monster pelagics like Blue Marlin and Sailfish. Whatever you do, it’s going to be special!
The vessel you will be spending the day aboard is the 32’ “Julian”, a classic Hatteras sportfisher powered by twin Perkins engines up to a cruising speed of 16 knots. Not that you will need to travel far to find great fish, with the waters dropping deep into the abyss of the Cayman Trench as soon as you leave the shore.
The Julian is equipped with a variety of electronics and navigational gadgets to get you locked onto the best fish. Once you find them, her outriggers will spread your lines and draw them in, and her fighting chair will take the strain off your back in hard-fought big game battles.
The Julian is a great place to spend the day, even without the awesome fishing. She has room aboard for up to six guests and has plenty of little luxuries to help you make the most of your day. Her wide flybridge is the perfect place to take in the view and her comfortable interior is complete with an enclosed head for extra convenience on longer trips offshore.
All Garfield Diving Station trips come with tackle, bait, lures, and fishing licenses for everyone on board. At the end of your trip, your catch will be cleaned and filleted, ready to enjoy as the perfect meal at the end of a great day’s fishing.
