You will be fishing with a local captain who was born and raised in the area. Captain Dennis has spent his whole life fishing these spots and he knows how to put you on a fish of a lifetime.
Captain Dennis runs trips on his 43’ Key West #1 offshore sport fishing boat. She is a big and stable vessel, powered by two 250 HP Detroit engines. Up to six anglers can come onboard. The boat is fitted with navigational electronics, including Garmin GPS and a fishfinder. There is a toilet onboard, as well as a flybridge, outriggers, and a live bait well, and all the gear you need. Captain Dennis is sponsored by Penn and each seasons uses brand new Penn International tackle.
The captain will supply all the fishing equipment, as well as a fishing license. The first mate will help you out on the boat, so please remember to include gratuities. The crew will clean your catch so you can have a nice meal afterwards.
Depending on the season, you can head out between three and five miles from the coast during spring and up to 15 miles in summer. Capt. Dennis will take you fishing for Permit, Jack Crevalle, Cobia, as well as Amberjack, Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna, Sailfish, Grouper, and Mahi Mahi.
