Paradise Fly Sport Fishing

Paradise Fly Sport Fishing invites you to the waters of Sarasota for a fishing trip to remember. You can be a skilled fisherman or a novice angler looking for a nice time on the water, either way, Capt. Christopher will make sure you learn how to fish and enjoy while on the boat. Paradise Fly Sport Fishing got its name in the beginning as a fly fishing charter and has grown into what is now.

Captain Christopher has been fishing the local for over 40 years. He has been running charters full time for 10 years now, and has welcomed many customers aboard his boat. A fishing specialist himself, and experience from fishing around the world including South Africa, Dubai, Costa Rica, PEI Canada and Alaska, Capt. Christopher can accommodate anglers who want to try different techniques. He is one of 6 captains in the area who has Federal Gulf Reef and Pelagic Permits allowing anglers to fish beyond 9 miles for that trophy catch.
You will be fishing from a 28’ Parker Pilot House with room for up to 6 anglers and a private head. The boat is powered by twin 300 HP Yamaha engines and comes equipped with GPS, a fishfinder, a live bait well, all required federal safety equipment and an ice box to store your catch.

Trips aboard Paradise Fly Sport Fishing run throughout the year. The waters are home to Speckled Trout, and Sharks. On the other hand, fishing offshore is a chance to catch Sailfish, Kingfish, Snapper, Grouper, Tuna and much more.

When packing for your trip, you should bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and some food and drinks. The captain will supply water. If you’re interested in fishing offshore, it’s a good idea to contact Capt. Christopher ahead of time to see what’s in season and weather conditions.A first mate will be on board all offshore charters to help you with everything from fishing to cleaning catch. For his efforts, 20% gratuity is greatly appreciated.

So, call your fishing buddy and come aboard for some fine fishing out of Sarasota!

Born and raised in Sarasota and have been fishing the local area since I was a child, have always loved the water and the challenges associated with fishing, watching clients catch fish brings me more joy than catching fish myself.
