Had an enjoyable time out on the water during this 6 hour trip. They definitely stick to the schedule in terms of time. I would have liked to do more fishing and less riding but it is exactly 2 hours of fishing and roughly 4 hours of riding on the 6 hour trips.
We did catch the limit in fish with was impressive.

The deckhand Ben was awesome and very knowledgeable, and Shawn was awesome to talk to as well! Can’t go wrong booking with these guys for a fun day fishing!

We did this as a family fishing trip. Our booking had to be changed due to weather and rough conditions, but the captain was great about calling to communicate and rebook us. The first thing I noticed is how clean the boat is. The crew obviously takes a lot of pride in their vessel. We did the early morning 6 hour trip and caught the boat limit on snapper. It was really fun to watch the deck hands hustling all around to grab the fish as they were brought in. The crew fillet the fish back at the marina, which is great, but you do need to bring extra cash for this. It’s a very reasonable rate for the time and mess they save you. One group was trying to bend the rules on how fish is divided and the crew handled it well. I imagine this is a daily issue of people not listening to the pre-trip instructions and wanting to do their own thing. We had a group of 7, so went home fillets from 14 snapper to cook that night. It was a wonderful trip. You can’t bring electronics or phones which is a little sad because it’s not easy to find disposable cameras these days. We were able to take pictures on the dock. I imagine it’s much safer to not have people distracted while fishing hooks are moving everywhere, but it’s also to protect their fishing spots. It’s unfortunate they need to do this but they need to protect their business. We would do it again. It was worth it.

My only comment would be that there are no electronics allowed and while this is likely similar to other charters and understandable I was not aware until night before. I was told the deck hands would take photos however that was not true nor really realistic due to how busy deckhands were during fishing. So no pictures of children’s first fishing trip. If this is important to you plan to bring a camera without GPS capabilities. However the overall experience was great and I would absolutely use them again I would just nuy a camera so I could get photos.

I was disappointed when we arrived and I found out that I was mislead that it was a family trip and there were 35 people on the trip. One of the other passengers was already drunk at 6am and smoking one joint after another. Multiple people were smoking pot. BUT the captain knew exactly where to take us and everyone caught fish. The deck hands were beyond amazing!  We got a lot of filets. One of the deck hands gave us a great recipe for the filets. The bathroom was clean as was the rest of the boat. It is definitely a trip I’d take again, with the understanding that it isn’t a private trip as I was told. You can’t take any devices because of the GPS finding the captain’s spots., but the drunk guy brought his phone. You can’t take pictures and that really sucks.

It was planned for a fishing trip for me and my buddy that we had planned while our wives were relaxing. It was just that!!! Although our original fishing date had been postponed by weather and other planning issues we had finally set on a day that was spectacular as far a weather and a smooth sea. It couldn’t have been planned better. Our captain (George) was excellent!!! The two men that helped us were hustling from start to finish. They were the best from beginning to end. I would give this whole group five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
