As a Baja California native, he’s fished these waters his entire life and will put you on amazing fish in no time!
Your vessel for the day is a 35’ Tiara sportfisher, named the Kokopelli. This offshore fishing machine is equipped with state-of-the-art navigational technology, safety gear, and fishing tackle. She comes with a flybridge so you and your family can enjoy the beautiful view, a private toilet, shower, kitchen, bed, and sound system so you can bump your favorite tunes while you fish.
Other amenities on the boat include a fighting chair, outriggers, tuna tubes, a fridge, an icebox, and a spacious deck that accommodates up to 6 guests. You’ll also have snorkeling equipment available for up to 4 guests, so you can take a dive and get a better look at some of the exotic fish below the surface. Kids ages 2 and older are welcome to join so you can invite the whole family on this exciting excursion!
Capt. Jaime will take you up to 10 miles from the coast to troll for pelagics such as Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Tuna, and many more. You’ll also have a chance to bottom fish over reefs, targeting Broomtail Grouper, Yellowtail Amberjack, and Cubera Snapper, just to name a few.
Capt. Jaime will provide top-notch rods and reels made by Penn and Shimano. You’ll also be able to purchase your fishing license on the boat for USD $20 per person, once you arrive. Water is included. All you have to bring is sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen and the rest will be taken care of.
