Fugitive Fishing Charters invites you down to Brunswick County to explore the nearshore bite on the longest running charter boat around. If it sounds impressive enough, look no further!

Whether you are after some great eating fish or just want to battle Sharks, there is a trip for you. Capt. Ryan will take you fishing the nearshore waters up to 10
miles out so that you won’t lose sight of the shore.

Even if you have never held a fishing rod in your life, you won’t have to worry about anything but having fun. And if you are a seasoned angler who is looking for a big catch, Capt. Ryan will cater to your specific needs. Everyone is welcome aboard. The company is family-friendly, so feel free to bring your children with you.

The trips can begin as early as 7 in the morning or later in the afternoon if you’re not an early bird. You will be checking the bite for anything from Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish to Blacktip Shark. There is also a good chance to hook into Kingfish, Cobia, and Barracuda, as well as large Redfish and Black Seabass.

Fugitive Fishing Charters will take you out aboard a 33’ Morgan offshore sport fishing boat. Built in 1987, this legendary vessel can comfortably accommodate up to 6 anglers to fish in comfort and style.

The boat comes powered by a 375 HP Caterpillar engine and can cruise at a top speed of 20 knots. It is fully outfitted with modern navigational and fish finding electronics, technologies, and professional equipment. There is also a flybridge to admire the view and spot any action going on beneath the surface. The boat has a toilet for your maximum comfort and a bed to take a nap in between bites.

All trips come with quality gear and tackle by Penn and Shimano, as well as bait, lures, and fishing licenses. First Mate will be able to clean your catch for a 20% tip.
