Year-round, Captain Travis puts his clients on fish and turns their day on the water into a lasting memory. No matter how experienced you are, you will find a trip that suits you.
You will be fishing from a 32’ Contender center console that is powered by twin 300 HP Suzuki engines. She is fitted with navigational equipment and has a live bait well, outriggers, downriggers, and carries all the safety gear and fishing equipment. She can take up to six anglers.
Capt. Travis has been a fisherman his whole life. He is a seasoned angler who has fished the local offshore fisheries for over two decades. He knows the area well and will make sure you have an enjoyable day on the water.
Aboard Capt. Travis’ charter, you can target Vermillion, Mangrove, and Red Snapper, Broomtail Grouper, Cobia, Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Tuna, and even Blue Marlin. The season can affect the species you can get during your trip, but Capt. Travis has the expertise to help and put you on right track.
All the fishing gear is supplied onboard. The captain will provide rods and Penn reels, hooks, leaders, weights, lures, and plugs. The rates include the fishing license. You need to show up and bring some food and drinks, as well as a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera.
