Captain Hook 2 Fishing Charters
Operating out of Micco, Florida, Captain Hook 2 Fishing Charters invites you to spend a memorable day with Captain William Hammell. He has been fishing since he could stand up and loves teaching his customers all the tricks and hacks gathered throughout years of experience.
Your boat for the day will be a 28’ Century center console, which is comfortable enough to take up to 4 passengers on a fishing adventure of a lifetime. It comes equipped with 2 200 HP Yamaha engines, a restroom, outriggers, downriggers, and top-notch navigational and safety gear. You’ll also find a live bait tank and an ice-box on board.
Depending on the season, you’ll have a chance to reel in some of the most interesting species in the area. Spring is perfect for Mahi fishing, May-June is all about Kingfish, and after that, the bottom fishing season starts. The winter season will be focusing on trolling for Spanish Mackerel. Other species can be caught year-round.
You’ll be supplied with top of the shelf fishing gear by Penn, as well as live bait that will be waiting for you on board. You’ll also have the option to catch bait during the trip. The kids love this part! If they’re 6 and older, make sure to bring them on a trip they’ll remember for years to come. Catch cleaning and fishing licenses will also be covered by the charter.
Bring a small cooler and your favorite drinks/snacks. Just leave your bananas at the dock – they’re bad luck. Not that you’ll need too much luck when fishing with this experienced and passionate crew!
