Chino's Sportfishing
Chino’s Sportfishing is a fishing charter that runs trips from Herradura, Costa Rica during the entire year. Join captains Jose and Jorge for a trip you’re sure to remember for years to come. With more than two decades of fishing experience in the local waters, they will do their best to make sure you’re always on the fish.
Captain Jose has two boats, the Kaimaru, and the Nazaria, and both of them are 31’ Mako center consoles, which he runs with his co-captain Jorge. They are equipped with all the necessary safety and navigation gear needed for a fun and safe trip. Amenities such as a portable toilet and live bait well are also included for your convenience.
Your captains know you’d like to make the most out of your stay in Costa Rica fishing-wise, so they’ll take you to their favorite spots in search of fish like Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Kingfish, and many more. Fly fishermen are more than welcome to do some fly magic but will need to bring their own rods.
The price of any trip includes rods, reels, tackle, sandwiches, and drinks as well. On a full-day trip, lunch will be included as well, usually including pasta salad or roast chicken. With that in mind, all that’s left for you to do is bring a pair of sunglasses, a hat, and an adventurous spirit!
