I have been on the water my whole life (guiding in the Florida Keys for 20 years) and hope to be the one to make your fishing dreams come true. You’ll be fishing aboard an 2024 18ft Hell’s Bay Boatworks custom made flats skiff that’s powered by a 115hp.Yamaha engine (BOAT IS 18 FEET LONG and theirs pictures in gallery) Its small size makes it great for quietly approaching our shallow water gamefish…I don’t use a trolling motor! Instead, I will be using a pushpole too quietly maneuver the skiff through the shallow water…Traditionally the way this fishing is done and STILL the most silent way too sneak up our wary gamefish!

I specialize in trips that include going deep into the Everglades backcountry and shallow water flats after TARPON,BONEFISH,PERMIT,SNOOK and REDFISH. Successfully hooking these fish requires a degree of skill and practice, which is why I will be there to lend a hand if necessary. I can accommodate anglers who prefer fly fishing, as well as those who like to stick with spinning gear.

The price of a trip includes the use of gear such as Penn spinning reels, Loomis, Hardy fly rods, Tibor fly reels, Power Core Custom Rods, Duckett Fishing INC rods, etc. Feel free to bring along some drinks and snacks if you like, and having a pair of sunglasses and some sunscreen is highly recommended…..PLEASE, NO BLACK SOLED SHOES OF ANY KIND!! Leaves black marks on non skid deck and takes forever too clean off..
