We landed 18 tuna and a barracuda, plus had an epic battle with a marlin that got away right at the boat — heartbreaking but such a rush. Captain David and crewmate Dean made the entire trip. After 30 years on the water, David still lights up like it’s his first catch every time a fish is on — that kind of genuine passion is rare and it’s contagious. Dean was right there with him, working hard and keeping the energy high all day. If you want a crew that knows the water and genuinely loves what they do, book with these guys.

Both he & his First Mate Dean did everything to get us on the fish in some challenging sea conditions. Myself, son & grandson (first time sea fishing) caught 10 nice tuna! Then when we got off the boat, the chef at the property cooked some of our catch to try. Great experience.

Fishing started slow, since its fishing, but Captain Dave and D found us several spots to catch red snapper with about every cast. On the way back in we hooked a large Wahoo!!! Perfect way to finish a fun day. I highly recommend if you are looking for a charter while visiting.

We got one blue Marlin for tuna one barracuda and one mahi-mahi they know fishing highly recommend them we go fishing every single year in the Caribbean and this has been the funnest trip we have done.

The captain and mate were hands down the nicest crew we’ve ever fished with — and we’ve fished all over the world. So knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and just genuinely kind. From the time Michael picked us up, until he dropped us off back the resort, everyone treated us like family. The fishing was awesome, we caught a bunch of tuna and a king fish. Dean was patient and thorough in setting up the gear, coached us on the numerous “doubles” we experienced and was as excited as we were with the catch. Captain David was in constant communications as our trip approached and made sure there were no surprises. I can’t say enough about the great experience and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Captain Dave, Dean and Michael for making this birthday a memorable one.

Halvdagstur – Dybhavs Trolling den May 24, 2024 • 2 voksneWas a tough day out on the open ocean but the crew was better than fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. This is even more impressive since we are first timers on a boat like that from North Dakota, about as far from the open ocean as you can get. They made great conversation and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The fishing out for the elusive Marlin on the open ocean caused us to come up empty but they went closer to the coast to give us another shot and we each caught a barracuda. My wife and I had a blast and would recommend them to anyone. They did their damndest to get us fish and it was very obvious they knew what they were doing. Justin & Jozie Chase

We had an amazing time on our deep sea fishing excursion with Captain David and Dean! They made the trip enjoyable from start to finish and did a great job putting us on the fish. We caught one big barracuda and two tuna, which made for an awesome day on the water. The crew was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and they even cleaned the fish for us at the end of the trip, which was a great added touch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend Captain David and Dean to anyone looking for a great deep sea fishing adventure. We had a great time and would absolutely do it again!
