Blue Bird Charter 

So how do I write a review saying what a great day I had when I only caught1tiny fish. Especially after promising to provide a fish packed video for our YouTube channel Anstey Sea Anglers. The thing is. We did have a fantastic day. The skipper was amazing and tried every trick in the book (including Praying 🙏) to put us on the fish. He was constantly showing us on the sounder that there were fish below us. But we just couldn’t entice them to bite. We had paid for a five hour trip but in his endeavour to get us fish we stayed out over seven hours at no extra charge. Even after saying “that’s it, we have to head back now” we still stopped to have one last try as we passed over yet more fish. On this drift I actually hooked into my first decent fish of the day but lost it after about 20 seconds. So we went around for 1 more last try. This time I had the hardest bite I’ve ever felt but unfortunately in less than 3 seconds it was gone. Taking my jig with it. That’s fishing for you. Would I go with Khaled again? Oh yes 100%. In fact I can’t wait to return to Hurghada to try again. To catch that fish that still has my lure 🎣

it was a great trip. i went with my 16 year old son and we had a wonderful day from 7 am til afternoon. stunning sunrise in the morning. we had everything on board what we needed. food, drinks, fresh fruits. although it was windy we caught great fishes. captain and crew were very pleasent and nice. thanks a lot, we‘ll be back. boris & hiro

I can highly recommend the Blue Bird charter for a fishing trip on the Red Sea. The boat was very comfortable, they had plenty of food & drinks for us, and best of all they were excellent fisherman. We caught 6 tuna on a 5 hour afternoon trip. I would recommend them and will return myself.

Es war ein schöner Tag. Obwohl die Fische anfangs beissfaul waren, gab Kapitän Khaled alles. Letztendlich machte sich die Geduld bezahlt und wir konnten 3 schöne Skipjack Thunfische fangen.

Kareem was relaxed, kind, attentive and had great fishing enthusiasm! We went out for my uncles birthday with my Dad - who isn't the most mobile anymore but Kareem and Ahmed made sure he was safe and comfortable on the trip. We had some great catches and all had a go at reeling them in - 100% worth the jelly arms! Kareem had all the gear and more, fish finder, roomy but well equipped boat - including bathroom complete with flowers - and was obviously determined that we had a great day. The guys took loads of extra photos and videos for us of the action while cheering us on to land our catches. Straight off the boat we went to Kareems' friends' restaurant in downtown Hurghada who filleted and cooked our skipjack to perfection. An experience over and above what we expected - thanks Blue Bird Charters. We won't hesitate to fish with you again on our next visit!

Experience was really good from the boat to the equipment. Captain khaled new what he was doing we had very nice fish and it was a pleasant experience highly recommended

Hatten einen tollen Tag. Haben sowohl Trolling als auch Jigging ausprobiert und haben mit beiden Techniken tolle Fische gefangen. Die Guides waren sehr kompetent und haben sich super um uns gekümmert.

Kareem and Ahmed took picked me up on time and got us to the pier of the boat. After a short ride, we reached the first spot and after 3 minutes, the first Bonito took the lure. Tough drill, but not the hardest of the next hours. Overall 10 fish on a nice and clean boat, good frequency. The crew was very competent and did their best to get me a nice expirience. Great boat, owner and captain! Had lots of fun where we hooked some nice yellowfin and skipjack Tuna. Highly recommended! If you are looking to have a great experience in the redsea, bluebird is an amazing boat built with the fisherman in mind. The hull cuts the water and can handle strong waves well.
