Although we did catch many fish, (my son and I were then only anglers) many different kinds even, unfortunately we were only able to land 1 large keeper… a floubde. all that said the captain took us to 5 different off shore wrecks went out as far as 15 miles off sure trying all sorts of bait, rigs and the boat worked us all around the AC/Brigantine surrounds… Regardless, of not catching the biggest fish, I would recommend him again! My wife and i booked a charted with captain mike for my ten year olds birthday present. Captain Mike is the man and was not only keeping him baited but he was getting him pumped up to catch fish and is genuinly a good dude. The boat is super nice and he uses an electric remote controlled trolling motor to tuck the boat into places that other boats cant go. i will absolutely be booking with Water Wolves for all of my jersey charters in the future

We had a great time fishing. This was our 2nd time with the same charter and Mike. Fishing was sparse due to the storm the previous day, but the weather was nice and we had a blast. We’ll be back again for sure.

We met Cpt Mike on time and were underway in no time at all. With his knowledge and the speed of the boat he quickly had us catching fish. We landed a number of keepers and had a blast watching or friend land a really nice flounder. He was very patient and friendly and didn’t even get upset when we lost gear on a wreck site. We will definitely be looking to book again. I don’t think you could go wrong booking with Cpt Mike!!

We met our captain Mike right on schedule and heading out for some flounder fishing. We got on the fish right away and 2 of us had fish in the boat before the 3rd got a line in the water. We stayed busy the whole time and our captain was extremely helpful. Took home a number of keepers and had an awesome day. We will book again and recommend for anyone in AC.

It was a beautiful day on the water spending time with just my daughter & I. Captain Mike was very helpful in keeping us girls fishing the whole trip and getting us untangled. We enjoyed ourselves and the captain was very friendly and professional. We are looking forward to making this a yearly adventure!

We booked this trip for my son's 13th birthday as fishing is one of his passion. From the moment we booked it, Captain Mike was great in communicating with us on how everything will be running, where we could leave our car, where to meet, and more importantly what we will be fishing for! The day of our trip, Captain Mike picked us up at the dock and off we went. He is super friendly, great personality and so easy to talk to that time flew by. If we lucked out on a gorgeous day, we were coming after some days of iffy weather, and our "hunt" was not one with the best fishing conditions. But Captain Mike worked relentlessly to get us where the fish were and we caught a fair amount of Togs and Flounders. Since we did not get to catch a keeper though by the end of the 4h-trip, he offered to continue to work the Bay and in the end gave us a whole extra hour to get that one big flounder to bring home for dinner that night! All I can say is that we had a great time, the trip was awesome and Captain Mike is a fantastic guy who made my son's 13th birthday one of his most memorable to date! We had an amazing experience on vacation when we booked our Charter with Captain Mike. To start off he was awesome at communicating with us prior to trip and asking questions about us to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. He is very knowledgeable of the area and the history the comes along with it. Even when conditions were not favorable he still got us on fish!! He went the extra mile to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. I would recommend anyone looking for a charter in the area to book with him we will be visiting again soon and he will hands down be our go to fishing charter!!!!!! Capt mike was amazing. Instead of us getting bit by green heads all day, we went off shore hunting for fish. Mike consistently made sure our hooks were baited, rigs setup, and on top of the fish. You can’t always make them bite, and Capt Mike kept positioning us on top of the fish, even at the cost of a couple rigs. We finally found the fish and caught lots of flounder, sea bass, a porgy, and some trigger! We also even spotted a Cobia! Too bad it wasn’t biting. Either way Capt Mike made sure we had the best fishing trip ever! Memories for life!
