Chac Chi Marina – 34' Big Bite 

Paid for transportation round trip to the marina. Driver was about 20 mins late so we hopped in a cab. To his defense there was some kind of a foot race through town and thy had half of the road closed down. They were apologetic. Left the dock a little late as well. I booked a trip on the Big Bite boat and we went on the Happy Ours boat. The boat was a little dated. No AC (but never needed it) Captain Juan and his crew worked very hard all day. They had us on some fish fairly early. I was hoping to catch at least a mahi mahi or a sailfish. I caught both. Juan asked if we wanted to spend the last hour fishing on the bottom and we thought that would be fun. He knew right where to go and the action was fast. Caught 6 trigger fish, a red snapper, and a big Grouper. Trolling we caught 1 Bonito, 1 Blackfin tuna, 1 Barracuda, 3 Mahi Mahi and of course the sail fish. It was a great day of fishing. The Crew was wonderful and they cooked up some filets for us at the restaurant at the marina. They asked me while I was fighting the sailfish if I wanted to keep it. I said I just wanted some pictures and then release it. They were happy to do just that. I would recommend this company and especially Captain Juan and his crew. I would book them again.

We had a gorgeous day fishing and caught 10 barracuda. Literally didn't have to do anything except reel them in. Just relax and drink and enjoy the view. It was nice to keep a couple that they fillet for us to take home. They advertise cooking your fish but refused when we asked. It would have been nice to know when booking that they don't go "deep sea fishing" on the 4 hour trip. We didn't go very far, left 20 min late and arrived back 30 minutes early. Other than that it was a nice experience and the fishing was great.

Had a great trip! Captain Miguel put me on the fish and I ended up with a trophy Wahoo. Caught Wahoo, Snapper, Grouper, Bonito and Mahi Mahi all by the end of lunch!

This was an absolutely great experience! We booked the trip online. Pickup and payment was seamless upon our arrival. Captain and crew were not only spectacular as far as service goes, but they were amazing fisherman! Boat fit our group of 6 comfortably. 6 hour fishing trip caught 12 fish, including a 7.5 ft sailfish. At the end of the trip, the cook your catch was excellent. Can't wait to do it all again!!

We had a great experience on the "Big Bite!" Caught 3 mahi mahi and 1 blue tuna. The crew was amazing with my kiddos and very informative. We will definately use them everytime we are in Cancun!!

Fantastic Trip, we caught a bunch of fish, the crew were fun and did a great job. I highly recommend this trip.

Although the boat and crew were excellent, the booking agent Miguel in Cancun ruined my birthday fishing trip because he gave the boat, "Big Bite", the boat that I chartered specifically for my 80th birthday to another customer on June 22nd and tried to put me on a boat named "Heavenly" which was smaller, older, and in poor condition, and then tried to pretend that it was the boat that I chartered. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! If this is the way that FishingBooker operates I will never book a trip through FishingBooker again. I paid the 30% deposit without hesitation, yet the agent tried, although unsuccessfully, to convince me that "Heavenly" was the boat that I chartered. The result was that I did not celebrate my birthday on my birthday, but the day after and I had to completely alter all of my plans for my remaining trip. I should at least be refunded any and all commissions paid to either him or FishingBooker. I may be 80 years old, but I am very cognizant of what I do and have years of boating and fishing experience and am able to recognize one boat from another. I don't appreciate trying to be duped especially after agreeing to a 30% deposit and payment of $855.00. I will never regain what I lost because of this incident. His offer of a free two hour tour was only accepted because I didn't want to totally waste my day or disappoint my guest! Joseph Stewart
