Pro-Tek Fishing Walleye Charters 

Monday am charter- easy in and out of E 55th. Boat is 1st class and Sean and Brad were there to make it easy for us to catch Walleye. Took a lil work to catch our limit but once we moved into deeper water caught 2 Fish Ohio and our Walleye limit. Disappointed in communication about additional charge for 3rd passenger.

Capt Shaun and his Mate Dick put us in “The Zone”., we stayed busy catching Walleye for 2 hours. They added lots of history and interesting facts about the area, the Lake, and how to catch Walleye. We will return to Lake Erie again and when we do, Capt. Shaun will lead the way..

Captain Shawn placed me on fish after several days of storming and cloudy waters in the area. We had a great day, caught our limit and tonight I will be having a nice dinner. Smooth boat, very clean, attentive to everything this novice needed. I am from South Texas and there are no walleye, so this was my first. I am happy to say I have caught walleye on one of the great lakes! I would recommend Captain Shawn. Maybe next time a steelhead or a catfish!🤣. Us Texans like our catfish too!!! And Buddy his first mate, very nice and helpful, and a great sense of humor!

Shawn & Michael were a well oiled machine. Great communication and fishing charter. Within the first 5 minutes of dropping lines we were catching fish. They know these waters well and have been in the business for many years. We really enjoyed ourselves and caught the limit. Fish were cleaned for a nominal fee which was worth it. Water was a little rough but Shawn’s skills are stellar and safety was at the top of his list. I’d recommend Shawn and Michael 100%.

This was my Brother’s and Mother‘s first charter. Captain Shawn knew where to go for all the fish. We limited out in just a couple hours and we’re at home for the Browns game. Great time great people. I would highly recommend.

I fished Lake Erie with my grandparents as a kid. I brought my 9 year old son here for the first time to fish it as well. Captain Mike and his first mate made it a great experience. They were awesome and patient answering a lot of questions from my son and are very child friendly. He was so excited about the trip and said it was his favorite part about it. Highly recommend both and will definitely be contacting them in the the future for another trip.

This was my first walleye fishing experience. I only had one day to fish and the weather was not ideal but Captain Shawn and first mate Kyle made sure that my trip was successful and memorable. I was very pleased with the booking process, the professionalism and the patience of Captain Shawn and Kyle. The waves were choppy and the wind was high but they found fish and I caught a respectable limit. I highly recommend this charter.

Captain Shawn and Team was amazing!! We enjoyed the experience and had an amazing time celebrating the hubby’s 50th birthday.

We had a late afternoon trip with Pro-Tek and had our limit of quality sized walleyes for two of us within 2hrs of fishing; and lots of smaller fish released.
