Afhængigt af årstiden kan du komme til at hage fat i Guldmakrel, Marlin (Black), Blå marlin, Marlin (Striped), Hanefisk, Stillehavssejlfisk, Cubera-snapper, Snook, Gulfinnet tun og alt andet, der bider. Du vil målrette dit fiskeri ved hjælp af Spinning, Popping, Trolling, Drivfiskeri, Jigfiskeri, Bundfiskeri eller måske noget mere specialiseret i dette område. Kaptajn Butch tilbyder også Fluefiskeri, men du skal muligvis medbringe dit eget fluefiskeriudstyr.
Hvis du rejser med familien, vil du være glad for at vide, at børn er velkomne om bord! Børn skal bære redningsveste, så find ud af, om den rette størrelse er tilgængelig om bord.
Din fiskemaskine for dagen er et 30' offshore sportsfiskerfartøj, der kan medtage op til 5 passagerer. Det har udriggere og alle de nødvendige faciliteter. Der er toilet om bord for din bekvemmelighed. Kaptajn Butch sørger for stænger og hjul til dig samt madding. Levende agn er tilgængeligt, men du bør spørge kaptajnen, om du selv skal fange det.
Turene gennemføres med hjælp fra en styrmand. Styrmænd arbejder hårdt for at gøre din tur uforglemmelig, så et drikkepenge på 10–20% er sædvanligt.
Du skal skaffe dig en lokal fiskelicens inden turen. Disse oplysninger er normalt tilgængelige online, eller du kan spørge kaptajnen. Nogle arter kan være beskyttede eller kræve et mærke for at beholde dem, så sørg for at vide, hvad du kan forvente.

Multiple methods were used and we also noticed that Christian and Butch were a great team together- communicating easefully. The bathroom on boat was clean and helpful for us- a family of 4. The lunch was delicious. We didnt get to have our afternoon snack- likely because we were all enthralled with the excellent filleting skills of Christian. They helped us ensure we could bring all our fish back to the states! Overall- a great 9 hours on the water. Will return!

Heldagstur – Offshore den February 19, 2026 • 2 voksneWe couldn't recommend Gypsy Girl more! Butch and Christian (and Tater) were beyond accomodating on our full day trip. We've fished our whole lives but never caught sailfish, and even though the bite was slower for February, Butch put us each on one and it was incredible! The boat is beautiful, crew was awesome, lunch was delicious, and I've got a mount of my fish on the way. Overall I'd rate them 10 stars if I could! We'll absolutely book with Butch next time we're here! Thanks again guys! 🤗

Caught fish all day long. The mate Cristian was on point all day as well. Plenty if drinks and food as well. Recommend this Boat and crew for your next offshore adventure.

A bonus were the two mahi-mahi that we did keep and had for dinner. Christian was friendly and professional. He was more upset than we were when a sailfish threw its hook early on in the trip! Couldn’t ask for a better captain and mate.

It was a bit slow in the morning due to the moon cycle the previous evening, but things heated up right when Butch predicted they would. He and Christian put us on sailfish and mahi. It was a first for both of my boys and a memory of a lifetime for them. Thank you both very much.

Butch kept us well informed and met us right where he said he would. We had our first sailfish landed by 930, and caught several more. Overall we were pleased with our trip…and the first mate was awesome too!!

We had such an amazing charter! Butch took mywife and I out for a 3/4 day. She had never been offshore fishing so it was a memoriable first trip. Butch and his mate Christian took great care of us. They both knew what they were doing, had great hospitality, and most of all knew how to catch fish. I caught my first sailfish! Comfortable boat, great food and drinks, and an amazing day fishing. Highly highly recommend!

Had a really good trip with Capt. Butch and first mate, Christian. We were all fishing novices, and they were great in helping us get the most of the experience. We were able to get several sailfish. Christian kept the bait fresh with multiple lines in the water and was always ready to help. Capt. Butch made it easy to understand what we were doing and kept things moving smoothly. Boat and gear were obviously well taken care of. Would recommend and would go out with them again.
