Singing Reel Charters 

Capt Tony & Travis were awesome! Tony got us out on the water before most had loaded their boats and got us right on fish (Yellow Tail Snapper). We landed 36 and could have limited out, had it not been for a nuisance shark and barracuda. Travis was patient and a great teacher since we have never went out for Yellow tail. This trip was with my father (for his 80th b-day) and my 2 brothers in law. My entire family enjoyed an amazing meal after the trip of the freshest YT in town! Thank you, Tony, Janice and Travis!

Captain Tony, Travis and Alicia were the best crew we’ve had thus far - out of all of our deep sea trips! we maxed out on Mahi (first time ever) and had so much fun catching them! Travis and Alicia kept our rods baited and fish on, to the point that our arms were tired from reeling! Captain Tony and Travis were both very knowledgeable and explained everything along the way. We will definitely be booking with them again in the future!

we had an amazing time they had us out and to the first spot quick we were on fish as soon as they tossed out the lures. hooked up to blackfin tuna pretty much immediately. second spot we cause so many Mahi Mahi. The Captain and his crew were amazing. They worked so hard during the entire trip and helped educate us and showed us new techniques to fishing, and they were super helpful and all knowledgeable. Best fishing Charter in Islmorada!!

Captain Tony and first mate Travis were outstanding. We hooked into yellowtail on the reef and, even though it was a tough day overall with very slow trolling and bottom fishing for all the charters on the water, they worked nonstop to put us on fish. They were hands-down the best crew out there—super friendly, patient, and genuinely fun to be around. Travis was great about explaining what was going on and making sure everything was easy and relaxed, while Captain Tony clearly knew the water and kept adjusting the plan to give us the best possible shot. Even on a quiet day, they made the trip enjoyable, professional, and memorable. Highly recommend booking with them—we’ll definitely be back.

It was a perfect outing with our family of four (Me and my wife and our 2 boys ages 11 and 8). We started out from the harbor to go offshore fishing and had a perfect view of the sunrise while heading out! We stopped to catch bait fish and doing so we got to see sea turtles (we got lucky)! It was fun watching the crew catch ballyhoo and cigar minnows. On our eight hour charter, we caught King Mackerel black fin tuna, yellowtail snapper, cobia, and bar jack. The crew; first mate Travis, and apprentice Billy were great and taught us so much about fishing in the keys. Captain Tony took us to some active spots and also entertained our boys with his charter stories First mate Travis filleted our fish and gave us a quick lesson on how to filet while doing so. Our boys were able to feed tarpon at the dock with the discarded fish heads at the marina. The crew even gave us recommendations on how to cook the fish and where to go that night for a restaurant to cook our catch. All in all it was a perfect day on the water and certainly a trip our family will never forget. Cheers!

what an absolute great time Captain Tony in deckhand Travis and break-in Alicia was absolutely incredible. We had a fantastic time. We caught a lot of fish and we are definitely coming back just to see these guys and go out fishing and talk so happy we booked this trip. so professional clean boat very knowledgeable and absolutely had a great time.

We had a great trip with Captain Tony and Travis on the Singing Reel! It was a slower morning, but we shifted spots and were quickly on a school of Mahi and catching keepers. We also got some tuna and a couple bonita. great trip for our family!! highly recommend Capt Tony and the Singing reel.

My girlfriend and I had a blast on this trip. Capt. Tony called us the morning of and told us the waters would be pretty rough, so he got us out a few days later and it was perfect. Capt. Tony and Travis put us on fish immediately and we enjoyed every minute of it. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Captain Tony and his mate, Travis, were great. They took us out for a half day trip and put us on the fish immediately. There was no shortage of fish but unfortunately we had a number of members of our group get sea sick. As a result we cut the trip short, but not without dinner already in the boat. Captain Tony was very understanding. I would go back out with Captain Tony and the Singing Reel again and recommend them to anyone interested.

Took my father out with Captain Tony for his 80th birthday. Captain put us on fish all day. Very friendly, his First Mate Travis never stopped working the whole time making sure lines were always out and fish were making it in the boat! Thanks guys! Hope to be back on board with you again soon!!
