Chino's Sportfishing er et fiskeri charter, der kører ture fra Herradura, Costa Rica hele året rundt. Slut dig til kaptajnerne Jose og Jorge på en tur, du helt sikkert vil huske i mange år fremover. Med mere end to årtiers fiskeerfaring i de lokale farvande vil de gøre deres bedste for at sikre, at du altid er der, hvor fisken er.
Kaptajn Jose har to både, Kaimaru og Nazaria, og begge er 31' Mako center consoles, som han driver sammen med sin medkaptajn Jorge. De er udstyret med alt det nødvendige sikkerheds- og navigationsudstyr, der kræves til en sjov og sikker tur. Bekvemmeligheder som et bærbart toilet og en levende agntank er også inkluderet for din bekvemmelighed.
Dine kaptajner ved, at du gerne vil få mest muligt ud af dit ophold i Costa Rica fiskerimæssigt, så de vil tage dig med til deres yndlingssteder på jagt efter fisk som Marlin, Stillehavssejlfisk, Guldmakrel, Kongemakrel og mange flere. Fluefiskere er mere end velkomne til at udøve lidt fluemagi, men skal medbringe deres egne stænger.
Prisen for enhver tur inkluderer stænger, hjul, grej, sandwicher og drikkevarer. På en heldagstur vil frokost også være inkluderet, som regel bestående af pastasalat eller stegt kylling. Med det i tankerne er alt, hvad du skal gøre, at medbringe et par solbriller, en hat og en eventyrlysten ånd!

Heldagstur den July 5, 2026 • 4 voksneJose and Jorge at Chino's were amazing guides. They put us on great fish. Boats in our area came and went but we kept catching fish. God blessed us with great guides. Boat was well kept and safe and Jorge may be the hardest working man I have ever seen. Captain Jose was very friendly and knew that ocean like the back of his hand. 3 generations of fishermen! Even the lunches were prepared with love. My three sons and I had a wonderful experience and we would recommend these guys to everyone. If we ever have the privilege to retun to Costa Rica , we won't go fishing witout Chino's Sportfishing. A++ 🏆 🏆

Heldagstur den May 24, 2026 • 5 voksne • 1 barnHey all We knew this is the edge of seasons and our group was interested in both tuna mahi and bottom fishing. basically any fish we could eat. cap put us on fish immediately. we hit sailfish and got 3 decent size mahi(dorado). we then moved to bottom fishing thats when things got reel busy. we caught a huge amount id beautiful red snapper, grouper, rockfish, and tile fish. it was a great day on the water and both captain and mate far exceeded expectations. Chino and alex are a great team! dont pass them up. english also was great!

After a very short time we recognized that Alex and Jorge were excellent replacements. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We got to our spot and were on the fish in minutes. We hooked a sailfish and the crew talked us through landing it and we were successful. The crew was patient, found another spot and we eventually caught a bigger sailfish. On the way back we saw a pod of Humpback whales and Alex took the time to let us watch them for a few minutes. Alex and Jorge clearly love what they do, they were both excited with fish on and the experience was better for it.

Halvdagstur (Morgen) den January 10, 2026 • 1 voksenIn the 1st 1 1/2 hours we caught 6 bottom fish, half of which were grouper so I was satisfied with some fresh fish for dinner. I suggested we start trolling for the duration of the 5 hours trip. Unfortunately it was a long boat ride with no other fish on the troll. I went with him 3-4 days earlier and we landed a big sail, a big Jack Crevelle and 2 small bonitas. So that was this year’s 2 trips; everyone tried by changing bait, speed and direction. I chose 2 -1/2 day trips this year, my choice might be 1 full day instead so we could have the time to go out further into deep water to improve my odds. I still had two nice days on the pacific.

Ended up hooking into some trigger fish mahi-mahi and I had some really good bites on the bottom overall it was a great day at sea captain and crew were accommodating to all the different types of fishing I wanted to do. We had a great time.
