    Lake Grapevine has had some rough days recently with high and muddy water. It lools like those conditions are behind us now, though, and we are catching a mixed bag of White Bass and Catfish. We are using jigging spoons to bring the delicious fish up from 24 to 26 feet of water on the edges of humps and putting all the fish our clients want in the box. Come catching on the jewel lake of the DRW Metroplex - Lake Grapevine.

    We had a 3 hour fishing trip with Captain Jay today and it was truly perfect. He put us right on top of fish, less than 20 minutes from departing the dock we reeled in a shark. He was so great with our kiddos, ages 5 &7 on their first fishing experience. The kids each got to reel in sharks, handle the bait fish and truly enjoyed every minute. Phenomenal family vacation activity, thank you Captain Jay!!

    Thanks Captain Chris for a great time!! First time fishing for my 7 & 5 year old boys and my sister with Down Syndrome. The boat was beautiful and the ride was so fun, we all had a blast!! He kept everyone busy with fishing poles and great conversation! Everyone loved looking at the live shrimp and we were able to take 1 good one home!! The entire experience was perfect! Highly recommend and we hope to be back next year!!

    Had a great time with Bob & Colton! Caught 60 the first afternoon out on the lake. Caught 20+ keepers on day 2 fishing for catfish. Colton filleted the fish for us. Captain Bob kept us on the fish both days. Had a really fun time hanging out with the B&C team!

    The Gulf was rough after the tropical storm but Captain Tyler did great working with us in order to get us a few fish! Thank you for changing things up for us, from days, to switching to trolling so our guy could reel in some saltwater fish! Captain Tyler, 10/10 would recommend.

    Threadfin Shad
    Friends Dwight and Chad brought out Chad's daughter, Cayla for her first guided fishing trip and it was a great one! Trolling was again the key and it was game on in the first minute! The three limited out on White Bass and caught 2 nice Hybrid Stripers too. Cayla said she was looking forward to her next trip.
