I have been fishing all my Life. As a youngster I would run charters offshore with my Grandfather and progressed into fishing on my own and with friends. fishing is a passion of mine and I would like to help others learn and catch a trophy fish.

    Rock & Roll!!

    Booked morning jetty trip, unfortunately there wasn’t happening at the jetty. Capt. made a move and put me right on the fish. Quickly caught my limit on spec trout. Capt. and 1st mate both laid back, nice, and extremely professional. I’d definitely re-book my next Galveston trip with Rock and Roll.

    Great Family Adventure

    Captain Jim and his crew were fantastic! They were incredibly quick to get us on the fish and were so patient with the kids, helping them reel their catches all the way to the boat. They also cleaned and bagged our catch for us at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

    Great family trip

    Captain Jim and Eloy made our trip spectacular. My 9 year old was set up to catch fish from the start and the adults as well. They took us to a couple of different areas to maximize catching different fish, although trout were the catch of the day. They were as excited as we were while catching fish. I will definitely be back again. I can’t recommend Captain Jim enough, especially if you’re taking kids.

    This war a daughter her dad and Friend. He brought them for his daughters birthday and she caught her biggest fish right off the bat!! We went on to catch 8 more in the 4 hour period along with Sheephead and Flounder.

    The fishing was slow but they still found a way to get us a good fun catch, sharks. They even recommended a restaurant for us to take the shark to be cooked and it was great! This was an awesome experience 10/10 would recommend.

    We caught the biggest fish we’d ever caught. Bay was busy and waters were choppy so we weren’t able to catch any table fish, but captain Jim went above and beyond and made sure we caught some enormous fish. Really made the experience amazing for 5 wild guys on a boys trip. Thanks, we’ll be back!! Eloy - the first mate - was also knowledgeable and helpful. And they were both hilarious. 10/10!!

    We brought our kids who are 9 and 6. The crew went out of their way to keep them entertained. The weather was really tough which made fishing difficult but we still got on some fish. The crew had to work that day for the fish and exceeded expectations, constantly moving lines due to the boat shifting with the winds. Hands down recommend them especially if you have some kids heading out
