He took us to the perfect spot and within minutes we had these beautiful fish in the basket. Nothing touristy or rushed — just authentic Greek fishing the way it should be. Manolis was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip feel like fishing with family. We cooked the catch that same day with lemon and olive oil. Fresh doesn’t even cover it. If you’re in Chania, book with Captain Manolis. 5 stars, and we’ll be back.
